• This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
• You will engage with clients over video chat, offering flexibility in your work schedule.
• Full-time counselors are expected to work over 30 hours per week, while part-time options are available for those seeking to work more than 5 hours per week.

• Deliver personalized mental health counseling services via video chat to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, developing comprehensive and tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting emotional health and well-being.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions focused on enhancing clients' coping, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of interactions, progress, and treatment plans, while minimizing paperwork to allow for more direct client engagement.
• Utilize our easy-to-navigate counseling platform to ensure a seamless experience for both counselors and clients.

The primary client demographic consists of stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. These individuals may face various challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life adjustments. Your role will be crucial in helping them build resilience and maintain their mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Possession of a valid and current state licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD, enabling independent practice without supervision.
• Proven track record of ethical practice with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth systems and reliable internet connectivity.

• Experience working with adults in a telehealth environment.
• Understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited for low-acuity conditions.
• A background in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.

• Annual salary range between USD 90,000 - 100,000, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
