• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.
• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities during sessions to help clients manage emotional distress, develop coping strategies, and improve overall mental health.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date electronic health record (EHR) of client sessions, treatments, and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Refer clients to additional care providers or support services as necessary, including psychiatrist consultations, community resources, and support groups.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals to share insights and strategies for client improvement.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• At least two years of post-licensure counseling experience in individual or group settings.
• Strong understanding and experience with EHR systems and best practices in mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and crisis intervention skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.
• Previous work with diverse populations, and an understanding of cultural responsiveness in therapy.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
