• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and effective solution-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, modifying approaches based on patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold organizational integrity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including participation in weekly case consultations.
• Engage in ongoing peer review meetings and professional development sessions, sharing insights and strategies to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of mental health by participating in workshops, webinars, and accessing current literature, contributing to both personal growth and enhanced patient care quality.

Our mental health clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LCSW on our team, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to apply your knowledge and skills in different contexts and contribute significantly to their personal growth and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid LCSW license issued by the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health interventions.
