You will conduct your sessions through secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access for clients. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, providing support and encouragement throughout their mental health journey.
• Establish a safe and welcoming virtual space where clients can express their thoughts without judgment.
• Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable personal goals that promote mental wellness and personal growth.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices that align with each client's therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, following HIPAA guidelines and company policies to ensure data security.
• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to share insights and develop best practices in mental health counseling.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will empower clients to navigate their challenges and empower them to achieve sustainable mental health improvements.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Holders of active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) are required to ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated clinical experience of a minimum of 2 years in a therapeutic setting, with specific skills in formulating and executing personalized treatment plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport in virtual interactions.
• Proficient in the use of digital therapy tools and platforms to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.

Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or adults facing severe mental health challenges, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy best practices is an advantage, as is any additional training in specialized therapeutic modalities.
