Preferred Qualifications

  • Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  • 3–15 years of post-JD legal experience, preferably in litigation, trial, or appellate practice.

  • Judicial clerkship experience at the federal or state level is highly preferred.

  • Experience in legal writing, law journal editing, or published legal scholarship is a plus.

  • Teaching or instructional experience in legal education (adjunct professor, lecturer, fellow, or faculty) is an advantage.

  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity and professionalism.
