Old Oak Behavioral and Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Old Oak, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing short-term psychotherapy and leading group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and school staff to offer guidance on addressing students' counseling needs effectively.
• Organizing and executing outreach activities to educate the school community about mental health resources and available services.
• Participating in ongoing professional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.
• Offering crisis assessment and intervention services, including evaluating at-risk students and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms and other digital tools to provide remote therapy sessions when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse population of adolescents and young adults, addressing an array of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in crafting a supportive and responsive environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work and active LCSW licensure. We will also consider candidates with fully licensed LMHC credentials.
• At least three years of post-master's clinical experience in case management, ideally within educational settings.
• Proven ability to engage and manage diverse adolescent populations, demonstrating cultural competency and empathy.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored for youth.
• Working within school settings or similar environments that support adolescent mental health.
• Conducting workshops or seminars aimed at improving mental health literacy among students and staff.
