S&A Group is growing its team and seeking qualified Benefits Telesales Specialist professionals for the role. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting prospective and existing clients through phone-based communication and account assistance. This role involves speaking with individuals who have requested information about our services, answering questions, explaining available options, and ensuring a professional client experience throughout the process.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering structured systems, performance-based compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation
  • $50,000-$65,000 annually (performance-based)
  • Additional bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone
  • Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain records
  • Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards

Qualifications
