• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, cultural considerations, and individual circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services while working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients in critical situations.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and state regulations.
• Engage in psychoeducation, equipping clients and their families with knowledge and resources to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Work hand-in-hand with a multidisciplinary team, incorporating insights from psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive client care.
• Implement regular outcome assessments to appraise the effectiveness of treatment, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client well-being.
• Stay updated on current research, clinical practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
• Adhere to ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and professional integrity at every level of care.

You will be working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of post-education experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation smoothly.
