• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, tailoring interventions to their needs.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote clients’ engagement and recovery.
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing emotional distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and advancements, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training programs to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as stipulated by the licensing boards and professional organizations.

The clients you will be working with come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their emotional difficulties and work towards a healthier state of mind and well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic listening.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Sound knowledge of ethical guidelines and relevant state and federal laws governing mental health services.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, specifically in therapeutic settings.
• Experience working with diverse client populations and familiarity with cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus, given the remote nature of our operations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 – $110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees benefit from:
