Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for performance improvement, enterprise solutions, and analytics across the organization. Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of technology enabled revenue cycle, financial, and operational systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business insight. Partners with executive leadership to define enterprise performance goals, establish governance structures, and deliver data driven strategies that enhance organizational outcomes and decision making. Ensures alignment of analytics, systems, and process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions
• Leads strategic direction for enterprise performance, technology solutions, and analytics functions across the organization.
• Oversees development, integration, and optimization of revenue cycle and operational systems including EPIC and other enterprise platforms.
• Directs teams responsible for data governance, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to enable data driven decision making.
• Establishes strategic frameworks for operational excellence, performance measurement, and process innovation.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to define goals, financial targets, and strategic initiatives that improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to systems and data.
• Develops and manages budgets, resource allocation, and long term capital and operational plans for performance and analytics functions.
• Builds partnerships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to advance enterprise capabilities and interoperability.
• Champions a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

10+ years of progressive experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
