Position Overview:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in both client retention and agency growth. This position combines exceptional customer service with proactive outreach, helping clients review their coverage, manage policy renewals, and identify opportunities for additional protection. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable making outbound calls, and enjoys building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Contact clients regarding policy renewals and coverage reviews.
  • Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to identify insurance needs and schedule appointments.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products and services based on customer needs.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, billing inquiries, and general service requests
  • Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
  • Schedule appointments for licensed team members and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
