Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Benefits: Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the hours of operation.
Projected Start Date: TBD
Equipment Provided: Company-issued equipment will be shipped directly to your home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support.
  • Verify patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound calls regarding prescription benefit inquiries and concerns.
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
  • Follow all Federal Health Care Program guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while assisting patients.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience (No Exceptions).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to meet and maintain all required KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts without interruptions.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.
