Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clientsโ€™ mental health needs, history, and psychosocial factors.
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, peer support, and shared experiences, enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and resilience.

  • Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to manage authorization and payment processes effectively, ensuring clients receive timely services.
  • Engage with the community by performing outreach and connecting clients with local resources, including educational workshops, support groups, and crisis intervention services.
  • Provide interpretation and translation services as needed to ensure effective communication and accessibility for clients from diverse backgrounds.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population encompassing children, adolescents, and adults.
