Remote occupational therapy research involves studying and evaluating occupational therapy practices, interventions, and outcomes using digital tools and remote methods. This can include conducting virtual assessments, collecting data online, and collaborating with research teams from different locations. The goal is to advance knowledge in occupational therapy while utilizing technology to overcome geographical barriers. Researchers in this field may focus on telehealth, remote intervention effectiveness, or accessibility of therapy services. This approach allows for greater flexibility and inclusivity in research participation.
