This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions. Our flexible work setting promotes a balanced lifestyle, allowing counselors to set their hours while fulfilling a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conducting therapy sessions and mental health assessments primarily through telehealth platforms such as Zoom, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality for all clients.
• Completing comprehensive intake evaluations to gather pertinent information about clients' mental health history, developing tailored treatment strategies accordingly.
• Implementing and adjusting therapy plans based on ongoing assessments, client feedback, and observed progress in a collaborative approach.
• Providing crisis intervention and mental health support, guiding clients toward appropriate resources and referrals when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and secure.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative treatment efforts.

The caseload for this position encompasses a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinical ethos emphasizes cultural competence and a strengths-based approach, allowing our counselors to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, coupled with strong assessment skills.
• Experience with telehealth technology and platforms, with a commitment to using these tools effectively to enhance client experience.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services, preferably in a similar remote setting.
• Background working with a broad clientele, including experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to ensure smooth operational workflows.
