Primary Care Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while serving clients in various locations. As a part of our virtual team, you will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to conduct sessions and connect with clients effectively. • Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using telehealth platforms to maintain engagement and effective communication.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific wellness goals, while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Document and maintain accurate case records, tracking client progress and outcomes comprehensively throughout the therapeutic process.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals to additional services when necessary.
• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal standards of practice in therapy, fostering trust and integrity in client relationships.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing remote therapy services, preferably within a diverse clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling a caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or clinics is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of telehealth best practices and relevant technologies for effective virtual counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
