This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while you engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional needs, using evidence-based tools and interviews to gather comprehensive information.
• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, regularly revisiting these plans to reflect changing circumstances.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities tailored to meet client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Document clients' progress meticulously and adjust treatment approaches proactively based on feedback and observed outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and immediate support when clients face urgent mental health challenges, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists within our multidisciplinary framework to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and best practices, participating in training opportunities that enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines established by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest standards of practice.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and elderly individuals. Clients may present with a variety of concerns—ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping these individuals navigate their mental health challenges, enabling them to achieve better quality of life outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathic and compassionate approach to client care, dedicated to upholding the well-being of those you serve.
• Ability to function autonomously, while also effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Knowledge of the ethical guidelines and regulations governing mental health practice.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, directly providing mental health counseling services.
• Experience working with various therapeutic modalities and approaches relevant to a wide range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with documentation practices in a telehealth or remote counseling context.
