• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, questionnaires, and observational methods.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions—both individual and group—to help clients explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and foster self-awareness.
• Maintain detailed and confidential treatment records in compliance with privacy regulations, accurately documenting client progress and therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve client outcomes.
• Act as a client advocate in accessing additional mental health services or resources, offering support during crises or emergency situations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. • A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Strong understanding of psychological theories, human behavior, and therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using telehealth software platforms and other technology relevant to remote counseling.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with a diverse client population, especially in a community-based setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
