Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy, tailored to address individual, group, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, facilitating a holistic approach to client care that fosters improved outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations with competence and compassion, providing immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thereby promoting an understanding of mental health issues in the broader community.

Qualifications

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, facilitating rapport with clients while also embracing a culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring that documentation and session notes are timely and accurate.
• Have a commitment to continual learning and professional development in the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

Experience in community mental health settings is preferred, as well as a background in providing therapy through telehealth platforms. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic methods and a proactive attitude toward learning new treatment techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
