Requirements:
- Board-certified MD or DO
- DEA
- NH License
- 3-5 years’ clinical experience in primary care
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input.
- Review and refill medication refill requests.
- Coordinate patient care with triage and care coordination nurses.
- Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients.
- Complete peer-to-peer review with insurance company for authorization of testing or treatment when needed.
- Attend regularly-scheduled virtual meetings with on-site providers.
