While client interactions will predominantly take place via teletherapy, you will also have the option to meet clients in our outpatient office when necessary. • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify and address clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Creating and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and therapeutic progress.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions to engage and support clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the client's mental health.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practitioners.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and professional growth.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with addiction, mood disorders (such as depression and anxiety), trauma, and various mental health challenges. Your ability to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment will be critical in helping clients articulate their needs and work towards recovery and resilience. With your expertise, you will inspire hope and empowerment as clients embark on their journeys towards improved mental health.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is required.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A proven track record of successfully conducting both individual and group therapy sessions in mental health contexts.

• Proficiency in a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, facilitating effective communication and trust.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear documentation and collaboration with team members.

• A commitment to ethical practices and the protection of client confidentiality at all times.

• Experience in treating addiction and mood disorders is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling is a plus.

• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary team-based care models will strengthen your application.
