• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions using secure video and phone platforms, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and record-keeping to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Stay updated with clinical best practices and engage in continuous education to enhance therapeutic techniques and maintain licensure.

• Must hold an active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a doctorate (PsyD) in Psychology within California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse client population.
• A detail-oriented approach to documentation, with proficiency in electronic record-keeping.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing counseling or psychotherapy, preferably in a telehealth environment.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to integrating best practices into therapy sessions.
