Mercy Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our collaborative team. As a fully remote position, you will benefit from a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance, allowing you to manage your time effectively. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers, you will participate in regular virtual meetings that enhance team cohesion and treatment strategy development.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' clinical assessments and ensure appropriate follow-up to track their progress.
• Engage actively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and expertise to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Continuously monitor client situations, providing necessary interventions and adjustments to treatment plans to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Work closely with educational staff and parents to support students’ psychological and emotional needs, creating a collaborative environment for their development.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying specific behavioral challenges and strengths to inform treatment strategies.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment that addresses the unique needs of each individual.

• Valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience in social work or a relevant mental health field.
• Superior communication skills, enabling effective counseling and guidance for clients.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar collaborative healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation and treatment plans efficiently.
• Previous experience working with families and schools to support children’s mental health.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
