As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will involve a variety of important and fulfilling tasks:

Your primary focus will be on clients who are navigating the complexities of end-of-life care, requiring a sensitive and understanding approach. You will help facilitate emotional support for both patients and their families, addressing grief, anxiety, and adjustment issues associated with terminal illness.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong commitment to the mental health profession.
• A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Illinois, showcasing your qualifications to practice at a clinical level.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with direct exposure to hospice or palliative care settings being highly desirable.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other psychotherapy interventions, enabling customized healing journeys for clients.
