The successful candidate will operate in an innovative remote setting, allowing for flexibility and efficiency in delivering therapy. • Conduct intake evaluations to assess client needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds and current challenges.
• Engage clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to their unique situations.
• Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and case management documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Actively collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department, contributing to program coordination and special initiatives aimed at enhancing client services.
• Develop and nurture community resources for preventive mental health interventions, promoting wellness initiatives beyond traditional therapy sessions.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions effectively, ensuring swift and secure communication.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will serve diverse populations facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from relationship issues to individual psychological disorders. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.
