Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to accurately determine the mental health status and needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
• Deliver individual therapy to adult clients utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Administer teletherapy sessions, enabling clients to receive quality care from anywhere via secure virtual platforms.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support during challenging situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with mental health best practices and participating in training opportunities offered by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build effective therapeutic relationships.
• Exhibiting a compassionate demeanor, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to all clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of caseloads.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy is highly preferred, with familiarity in using various virtual platforms to reach clients.
• Background in providing therapy in outpatient settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus.
