Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (must reside in CA,NC,NY,FL )

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST Working Hours

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a high volume of customer service emails with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Assist customers over the phone as needed
  • Assist with processing, exporting, and printing wine orders
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer care in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitask across systems and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer service experience (contact center experience a plus but not required)
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent typing ability
  • Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-moving environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed
  • Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is a plus, but not required
