As theNonprofit Fundraising Strategiston the Innovation & Development team, you will serve as the sector expert and strategic voice of the nonprofit fundraiser alongside our product and engineering teams.SimioAccelerateis an agentic AI fundraising solution built to help small and mid-sized nonprofits raise more funds with less effort,and this role exists to make sure it solves real problems for real fundraisers.
You will bring deep, firsthand knowledge of nonprofit fundraising to shape how the product is built, prioritized, and positioned, acting as a trusted bridge between the mission-driven world you know and the technology team building for it. This is a strategy and advisory role, not a technical one: your value is your expertise, your network, and your ability to translate the day-to-day realities of nonprofit fundraising into insights that drive better product decisions.
This is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote position.
This position is open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.
The salary range for this role is $130,000-150,000, depending on skills and expertise.

Serve as the primary nonprofit sector voice in product strategy sessions, ensuring theSimioAccelerateroadmap reflects how fundraisersactually think, work, and make decisions
Translate nonprofit fundraising workflows, campaign cycles, donor stewardship practices, and organizational constraints into clear, actionable guidance for product and engineering teams
Advise on how AI-assisted fundraising features should behave, feel, and communicate trust to nonprofit staff who may be new to AI tools,drawing on your own experience as a practitioner
