The successful candidate will work remotely, allowing flexibility in your daily schedule while adhering to a core work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Utilizing our telehealth platform, you will connect with clients through secure video sessions, fostering a comfortable yet professional therapeutic environment that transcends geographical boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and pattern of mood disorder symptoms in clients, adopting a thorough approach that includes interviews and standardized assessments.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' unique needs, personal goals, and treatment preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive client outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable knowledge regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal effectiveness and satisfaction.

• Engage in collaborative care by liaising with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment approaches that enhance clients' overall well-being.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders, implementing new evidence-based practices into your therapeutic toolkit.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and professionalism in client interactions.

• Advocate for clients by promoting mental health awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health challenges throughout the community.

Your therapeutic expertise will primarily support clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. You will work with individuals and families seeking effective interventions, empowerment, and a path toward recovery. Your role is pivotal in transforming lives, guiding clients to navigate their mental health journeys with dignity, understanding, and skill.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.
