• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using diagnostic tools and methodologies to understand each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with best practices in psychotherapy.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients work towards their treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultation meetings to enhance service delivery and share innovative solutions for complex cases.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their wellness journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health care to continuously improve service outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in psychotherapy, with demonstrated success in working with a range of mental health conditions.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused and integrative therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on client advocacy and support.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments while maintaining independent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient clinical documentation and patient tracking.
• Training or experience in trauma-informed care practices.
• Background in community outreach or advocacy work would be advantageous.
