The position is remote, allowing you to create a comfortable work-life balance while maintaining access to an outpatient counseling center setup. You will engage with clients primarily on an appointment basis, ensuring flexibility in scheduling to best accommodate their needs. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to define appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to ensure effective care.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to create holistic care strategies that address the broader context of the client’s situation.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Regularly participate in professional development activities, such as workshops and seminars, to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
