• Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Collaborate closely with clients to define therapeutic objectives and provide ongoing support, adapting approaches as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and establishing trust with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients' experiences, fostering a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, necessary to efficiently manage therapy sessions and detailed documentation from a remote setting.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote settings, with an understanding of digital tools and platforms used for virtual therapy.
• Previous experience in treating a variety of mental health disorders, with a demonstrated history of developing effective treatment plans.
• Skills in crisis intervention and management, with knowledge of applicable techniques for handling emergency situations virtually.
