Job description

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Master's-level professionals to join our Oregon Clinical Cohort. This is a full-time (W-2), fully remote telehealth position designed for clinicians looking to become experts in high-impact group facilitation.

As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducation, enabling meaningful, real-world change for clients. This role focuses on Group Mastery; you will lead transformative sessions for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges while enjoying the stability of a salaried position and a fixed schedule.

Please Note: This role focuses on psychoeducational and skill building facilitation. If you are registered as a CSWA, such hours may be eligible towards your independent licensure, at the discretion of the Board of Licensed Social Workers.

For Professional Counselor Associates and MFT Associates: While these hours may not currently count toward clinical licensure in Oregon, the position offers a premium salary and a stable career path for Master's-level professionals or QMHPs looking to gain specialized experience in a high-growth clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Availability: Group Schedules (All PST)

  • Mon - Thurs: 10am - 8pm
  • OR
  • Tues-Thurs: 10am - 8pm; Friday: 5-8pm; Saturday: 8am - 2pm
  • Care Delivery: Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health's evidence-based curriculum.
  • Curriculum Mastery: Review assigned curriculum prior to group start times and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts (Integrative, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour).
  • Engagement: Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging a "camera-on" culture and active participation.
  • Collaboration: Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (bi-weekly) with Clinical Leadership.
  • Documentation: Monitor and complete client documentation within a 24-hour timeframe, meeting State and The Joint Commission standards.
  • Communication: Maintain professional and prompt communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
  • Location: Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience: Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings.
  • Caseload: Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64
  • Telehealth Savvy: Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Professionalism: Strong belief in group-based treatment and the ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
