• Advocate for clients to access essential community resources and social services that enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients as needed, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including documenting progress notes and treatment plans to fulfill legal and ethical considerations.
• Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues to create holistic treatment options that best serve our client population.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, communication skills, and self-care practices, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.
• Partake in community outreach initiatives, enhancing networking opportunities to strengthen referral resources and foster community connections.

As an LCSW with Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Your role will require sensitivity and adaptability as you help clients navigate their emotions and improve their quality of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is required.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field that evidences a profound understanding of clinical practice.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in social work, preferably within outpatient mental health settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all professional dealings.
• A strong ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.

• Prior experience specifically in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable and will enhance your ability to contribute effectively from day one.
• Familiarity with virtual care tools and electronic health record systems is advantageous to streamline your workflow.

The remuneration range for this role is competitive, falling between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
