• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Engage clients during one-on-one therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other relevant modalities to address their specific challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions in response to their evolving requirements while maintaining a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Provide teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients, ensuring effective treatment delivery for those who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, facilitating comprehensive and efficient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, which includes attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of the latest best practices in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your ability to empathize and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship will be vital to our mission of empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building secure and trusting relationships with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage your caseload effectively while juggling administrative duties.

• Experience in the mental health field, particularly in providing individual therapy, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices to enhance client accessibility.
• Previous work within a community health setting or a commitment to serving diverse populations is an advantage.
