• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the psychosocial needs of patients, crafting individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and supporting compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams comprising healthcare providers, psychologists, and nursing staff to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, focusing on continuous improvement and staying abreast of best practices within the field.
• Provide education and support for patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions during challenging times.

The clients we serve are individuals coping with terminal illnesses and their families. As an LCSW, you will provide compassionate care to patients navigating emotional distress, grief, and challenges associated with end-of-life transitions. Your role will assure they feel supported in their journey, prioritizing dignity and emotional relief for all involved.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, illustrating a strong foundation in social work theory and practice.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
