Remote Client Sales Representative – Training Provided

AO Globe Life is looking for Remote Client Sales Representatives who are confident communicating with people, open to learning, and interested in developing a long-term career in client sales.


In this role, you'll speak with individuals who have already requested information about their available benefits. You'll learn how to understand their needs, explain their options, answer questions, and guide them through the next steps.


You'll receive structured training, coaching, and ongoing support as you learn the role.


What You'll Do

  • Speak with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Learn about each client's needs and provide clear information about available benefit options
  • Answer questions and help clients understand their choices
  • Guide clients through required paperwork and enrollment steps
  • Follow up with clients when additional assistance is needed
  • Keep client information and follow-up activities organized
  • Attend virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Build strong communication and client relationship skills over time
