What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships through sales relationships using technology and facetoface selling
  • Develop opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
  • Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and designers
  • Host lunchandlearns and educational presentations
  • Leverage advanced technology and data tools to manage a long sales cycle
  • Represent TechoBloc as a trusted technical and design partner-not just a vendor
  • Although the role can be remote, there will be some travel for customer visits and education.
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, or related fields preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand design intent
  • Comfort working with architectural and engineering firms
  • Experience with tools like CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports is a plus
  • Strong organization, followup, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, selfdirected, and comfortable managing complex projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and passport (international travel may be required)

A background in Landscape Architecture or design is strongly preferred-but we provide the training to build deep hardscape expertise.
