Position OverviewEssnova is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a federal geospatial and marine minerals support program. The selected candidate will oversee multidisciplinary technical teams, manage project schedules and risks, coordinate deliverables, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing federal geospatial programs, executing performance work statement (PWS)-driven contracts, and ensuring compliance with Department of the Interior (DOI) IT and security requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn addition to program management responsibilities, this role will serve as the Training & Outreach Lead for the program. The selected candidate will develop and maintain training plans, facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, coordinate webinars and hands-on instruction, and ensure technical workflows are translated into accessible user guides and program documentation.
