Job Summary:

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Coordinator for a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts. This is a fully remote opportunity. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who is able to work remotely and effectively support our Roseville, CA team.

Supports SCIS processes and system enabling support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to optimize the utilization of supply chain systems. The incumbent works closely with customers, partners and other stakeholders, including suppliers, in the implementation and support of the supply chain roadmap, standards and best practices. The incumbent supports day-to-day content management activities, assists in the development of business requirements and works with the Business Systems Team in planning and implementation of process and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate's/Technical Degree in business or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
  • Two years' related experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Supports ecommerce operations, deployment maintenance (set up and updating and correcting information received through electronic transmission
  • The incumbent works closely with Adventist Health's supplier community (manufacturers and distributors) to ensure that all related Master data is complete and accurate
  • Provides SCIS item and vendor expertise and takes ownership to ensure integrity of the data through multiple analytical approaches.
  • Identifies and resolves duplicates, attributes inconsistencies with the item and vendor masters.
  • Keeps current with marketplace mergers, acquisitions and technology upgrades and their impact on SCIS
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
