  2. Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized.
  3. Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  4. Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
  5. Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
  6. Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
  7. Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

  2. Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.
  3. Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
  5. Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
  6. Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices in all work.
