The salary range for this role is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine suitable treatment modalities.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience enhancement, adapting these plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient recovery.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients to process traumatic experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
• Provide critical support during crisis situations, deploying appropriate intervention strategies to ensure patient safety and stability.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and competent patient care.
• Maintain clear, confidential, and accurate documentation of patient progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance team knowledge on trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Stay informed about the latest research developments in trauma therapy to incorporate innovative practices into therapeutic approaches.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults dealing with trauma-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patient-focused approach emphasizes understanding the lived experiences of individuals, ensuring that every therapeutic interaction promotes a safe, nurturing space that fosters trust and healing.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably working with trauma-affected populations.
• Proven expertise in trauma-informed care practices and resilience-building approaches that support patient recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an empathetic, non-judgmental approach to patient care.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation.
