• Conduct thorough intake assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other critical client information adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Engage actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related discipline is required to ensure you possess a solid foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.
• You must hold a valid and active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience practicing independently without supervision is preferred.

The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
