• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, adopting a solution-focused approach to enhance their mental health.
• Guide clients through discussions of their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, facilitating personal insight and growth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients’ mental conditions, leveraging your clinical knowledge and experience.
• Actively advocate for clients, helping them to define realistic and meaningful goals, while motivating them to pursue positive changes in their lives.

Your client base will consist of stable adults who have been pre-screened for readiness to engage in therapeutic processes. Our clients present with low acuity, allowing you to focus on preventive care and skill-building rather than crisis intervention. • A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred to ensure a strong foundation in therapy.
• You must be fully licensed in Oregon as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with the ability to practice independently.
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record from their licensing board.

• Ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed recommendations that support effective treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic nature and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Experience with online counseling tools and platforms is desired, ensuring a seamless transition to our digital service environment.

The compensation for the Online Mental Health Counselor position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience. This position offers additional benefits, including:
