Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine mental health conditions, utilizing diagnostic tools and empathetic interviewing techniques to garner a deep understanding of each client's unique background and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, integrating evidence-based practices to ensure personalized interventions that target specific mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health counseling to a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.
