You will interact with clients using secure telehealth platforms, engaging them in treatment plans that enhance their emotional resilience. Our community health clinic setting supports collaborative care, emphasizing teamwork among a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying treatment needs and appropriate intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the overall mental health of each client.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy formats.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and emotional stabilization.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure an integrated care approach, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and relevant community resources to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, adhering to legal requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance skills in trauma-informed care.

This role is centered on working with diverse individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. You will be involved with clients suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, providing comprehensive support as they navigate their recovery journeys.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and a solid foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, impacting patient outcomes positively.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in computer applications to document care effectively.
