To thrive as a Remote NICU RN, you need a valid RN license, neonatal intensive care experience, and up-to-date knowledge of neonatal conditions and treatments. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, secure communication tools, and electronic health records (EHRs) is typically required, along with certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
