• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying personal strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals to create a personalized treatment framework.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, adjusting approaches based on ongoing feedback and observed progress.
• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring that all progress notes and treatment plans adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners to foster a supportive network around each client’s care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing clinical judgment to ensure client safety and security during sessions.

Your work will primarily involve clients from varied backgrounds, dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. By focusing on a holistic approach to therapy, you will empower clients to develop coping mechanisms that facilitate personal growth and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Experience with remote therapy practices and telehealth technologies to enhance client engagement.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing case loads effectively while maintaining high standards in client care.
