JOB SUMMARY
This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.
Job Summary
ONEOK is seeking a RightAngle Technical Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our commercial trading and logistics systems. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting multiple instances of the RightAngle ETRM application, enabling critical business processes across Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), Refined Products, and Crude Oil commercial operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with application development teams, the Business Process Optimization team, and key business partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions that support ONEOK's commercial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and support the RightAngle application across multiple environments
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with ONEOK standards
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance commercial workflows
  • Develop and maintain custom RightAngle components, integrations, reports, and batch processes
  • Support day-to-day production operations, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
  • Ensure application solutions align with data, security, and compliance standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the development team as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting energy trading systems within NGL, Refined Products, or Crude Oil commercial operations
  • Experience with RightAngle API's, scheduling, pricing, or settlements modules
  • Knowledge of Lease and ATM (Asset Transaction Management) processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with system integrations, batch processing, and ETL workflows
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Prior experience collaborating with business process optimization or transformation teams

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience

Work Experience
  • Experience with multiple development languages and/or platforms
  • Experience with software development and programming concepts/techniques
  • Experience with database management systems
  • Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts
  • Experience with basic infrastructure concepts and how those concepts are impacted by development activities
