Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while managing your schedule. Our outpatient model means you'll engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, making therapy accessible and convenient for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients one-on-one via video chat, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate improvement in their mental health.
• Guide clients in expressing emotions and sharing experiences to cultivate insight into their thoughts and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them set personalized goals and navigate their pathways to achieving them.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and devise comprehensive treatment plans that reflect your expertise and clinical judgement.
• Utilize our user-friendly therapy platform for managing client communications, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve have been meticulously screened, ensuring that you work primarily with stable adults who present low acuity challenges. This focus allows you to apply your skills effectively without the pressure of handling severe mental health cases. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted state license to practice independently as one of the following: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• 2 years of professional experience in a counseling setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for successful client interactions.
• Proficiency with computer technology and online communication tools is required for remote work effectively.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, those with a background in teletherapy or experience working with adult populations may excel in this role. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients and adapting to their unique needs is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked.
